performance for 10 tools between the two fabs to include availability and all failure items. Prepared and

presented the availability data to the customer in a weekly meeting. Responsible for warranty costs and

ensured programs were in place to address them. Provided valuable feedback and data to our Engineering

department and ensured equipment improvement programs were driven. Managed the logistics to ensure

spare parts were available immediately for both fabs. Ensured all new policies and procedures were

troubleshoot and resolve issues for tools that were down over an extended period.
