Supervise and manage the logistics program on Blencor, first month I design
a way to save 45000 dollars a month to turn from a chaotic inventory to a
better workflow freezer. Design a FIFO procedure in our freezer. Manage
more than 3612 locations on the freezer, 712 locations on the dry Warehouse
and 2 remote cold storages. Also having 2125 different ingredients and
giving production support with better workflow of the product. Keeping
consumptions correctly and finished product at all the time. Design KPI for
every single employee also reporting weekly shrink and consumptions to the
clients. Designing ERP, MRP and also serve as an AX Dynamics /Axapta
consultant to the company. One year round working on Dynamics accounting,
production and inventory Modules.
