contracts. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, land use, and real estate law regarding

planning, zoning codes, and regulations affecting the modification of the property. Complete

permitting requirements for execution of construction project, which involve meeting and

corresponding with jurisdictions. Point of contact for property owners, architects, engineers, and
