PrimaMed Management, LP is the Corporate Office for PrimaMed P.A. dba
PrimaCare Medical Centers. PrimaCare has 11 Urgent Care locations. In
addition to those locations, the management company is also over the other
partner owned entities as well. The Corporate Office functions as a shared
service for all of the individual sites.
Corporate Director Human Resources
Significant accomplishments include:
. Top HR position in the company (head of HR).
. Implementation of company-wide salary structure changes to
reduce overall cost and align the business more with competitors
while managing turnover through attrition.
. Implemented improved hiring system that was centralized to
deliver only the best candidates to managers.
. Implementation of employee educational system to allow
participants to receive free CEUs for company mandated training.
. Implementation of HRIS (Ceridian and ADP) and creation of
