Resume:

If given an opportunity, I will enhance your

business and add value to your company.

As a self-motivated individual, I am constantly striving toward the timely completion of team goals. I

excelled in outside sales and sales support early in my career before becoming an I.T. professional as a

contractor for the Federal Government. Excellent customer service has always been the cornerstone of my

business development skillset. In my nearly 11 years of dedicated service as a contractor for the Federal

Government, I was able to increase productivity and maximize efficiency in a number of key areas:

In 2001, I joined the Graphics Division of the CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis,

STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP) branch as a technology consultant. My recommendations of

both hardware and software solutions allowed the Federal Graphics Division to be extremely

productive.

In 2003, I began working with the CDC’s Global Aids Program. I was responsible for the production

of important documents for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). These were

viewed by high ranking members of the Department of Health and Human Services, including

former President George W. Bush. I worked with time critical deadlines, and never failed to deliver

the client’s product with both accuracy and efficiency. I was personally commended by the

Director of the Global AIDS program, Dr. Eugene McCray for my dedicated service.

In 2006, I began working for the National Center for Health Marketing as a Visual Information

Specialist. I was responsible for converting scientific data into multimedia presentations and online

web symposiums. During this time, I created a digital slideshow that was presented at the

International AIDS conference in Bangkok, Thailand. It received critical acclaim internationally

and I was formally commended by the United States Global AIDS Coordinator, Ambassador

Randall Tobias.

In 2012, I became a CTS Certified A/V Technician overseeing strategic meetings for the CDC’s

Director, Dr. Thomas Frieden, along with other high ranking federal employees at the CDC’s Global

Communication Center. I was responsible for maintaining the critical technical components

which contributed to the success of these important meetings, along with providing world class

customer service to all of those in attendance.

I am always visualizing solutions to overcome obstacles during a project’s completion and I understand

the importance of proper client communications. I recognize the value of being task oriented as I work

independently, yet I am able to make contributions toward the goals of team projects. Having both a

strong sales and technical background, I am able to position myself as an asset to a wide array of

businesses that require excellent customer service.
