• I have 25 years as a Superintendent as well as five years of Project Management experience,

specializing in Safety, site, heavy highway, strip mining, reclamation oilfield services and

pipeline construction projects. Extensive safety experience.

• I have Extensive knowledge in moving dirt with quantities ranging to 10MM+ yards

excavated. Well accustom to maintaining overall responsibility for accuracy and timeliness

of subcontractors and surveyors for company project deliverables.

• I have written scopes of work for contracts, chaired pre-construction meetings, managed

and scheduled work on sub-contracted and self performed work. Work scopes have

included site work, underground utilities, {sanitary, storm and process sewer} drainage

ditches, plant roads, reinforced concrete footings, piers, and slabs. Additional experience in

retaining walls, heavy highway construction mill and inlay, flex base, asphalt operation,

extensive sub-grade experience.

• I have Directed and supervised in the development of specialized education and

training materials. Conduct specialized safety and environmental training programs

to communicate hazard control information. Assist in new employee occupational

health, safety and environmental orientation.

primary duties including getting company's stripping and reclamation operations MSHA compliant at coal

mining facilities. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. I

Survey to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Conduct

and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Ensure

compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations. I retrained all employees to ensure the

return to the mining environment will be not only safe, but MSHA and OSHA compliant.

MARIO SINACOLA CONSTRUCTION 2009- 2011

GENERAL MANAGER & DIVISION SAFETY DIRECTOR, East Texas Mining Operations. Duties

entailed getting mining operations MSHA compliant.

way.

Responsibilities included inspecting work that subcontractors finished, to make new work orders for

work needed to be done, subcontractor selection, attending pre-construction meetings, writing new

contracts for new subcontractors.

Extensive knowledge working with TXDOT.

Responsible for project scheduling and producing short interval schedules.

Responsibilities also include responding to and working major accidents, documentation and recording

information for TXDOT.

Responsible for all aspects of underground utility and new road construction.

Managed manpower, equipment, and suppliers to insure project was on time and within desired budget

constraints.

Coordinated with city and state officials to insure all project inspections were thorough and
