EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

NG BAILEY & CO LTD,

APRIL 2010- PRESENT

Customer service co-ordinator

Currently, I am employed as a Customer Service Co-ordinator within a 24/7

service team. This requires me to work a 2 day, 1 night on 3 day off shift

pattern. During normal working hours (0800-1700) my primary role is to take

fault calls for the IT Services systems that NG Bailey installs and

maintains for its customers. This involves management of the calls, from

logging the issues, assigning to the right section of engineers for

diagnosis, arranging site visits with customers and ordering parts if

needed. During this process we will be keeping the customer updated to what

stage the issue is at whilst ensuring the fault is resolved within strict

SLA'S.

On the out of hours (1700-0800) side of the role, the team provides an

emergency call out service for the Facilities Services customers including

Morrisons, Land-securities, South-Eastern Rail, Mears and Capita-Symonds.

This means taking calls for building maintenance faults such as leaks,

power outages, water stoppages, boiler breakdowns and other emergency

issues where customers' health and safety or building damage may be at

risk. These calls are our responsibility to log assign to relevant

engineers and make sure the SLA's are met in time (1, 2 or 4 hour response

dependant on contract)

This role can be very demanding at times and requires a high level of

professionalism and excellent customer service as we can take high volumes

of calls whilst having to delegate tasks to a small team of engineers which

sometimes means using our own initiative to prioritise the order in which

faults are attended.
