Technician from 18th October 2006 to 11th November 2007.

Clarke Energy is the authorized service partner of GE Jenbacher (Austria), GE Jenbacher makes gas engine and

supplied all over the world. Clarke Energy commisning GEJ’S gas engine based power plant, and also provide O&M and

emergency services for GE Jenbacher makes gas engine and it has service station in nine countries in the world, India is

one of them.

Work Experience:

At presently I am as an Engineer and doing trouble shooting job in Ankleswar division. I have also experience

of Isolated (415 V & 11 kV) & Grid parallel (11 kV) with PID controller operation of 1.06 to 10.70 MW CPP.

Contributing in Erection and commissioning of Gas Engine (GE Jenbacher).

Familiar with Operation of HT & PCC panel.

Here I attend schedule maintenance of GE Jenbacher gas engine and also done routine work.

During trouble shooting job sometimes I face problem of breaker, motor, transformer, AVR and Siemens make

B&R 2005 & X 20 PLC.

I also attend engine side’s emergency problems like Gas actuator, Pressure switches, Temperature

switches & Differential pressure switches, tappet setting, valve clearance, spark plug replacement,

diffuser ring and Inter cooler cleaning job etc.

Power Management System (PMS) for Load Management, Load Shedding & Source

Tripping Purpose.

Preparing financial budget, annual operating plan, spare parts planning, manpower planning

& maintaining inventory control for smooth operations of the power plant and monthly

reports.
