9/2004 – 5/2013 Bluegreen Corporation, Plano, TX 75093
Bluegreen is a publicly held Fortune 500 company that builds and manages prestigious golf
and lake land developments as well as luxury resorts. I was the top sales representative for the
off site Dallas sales center on the resort side. I was promoted within three months of hire to TO
which is a manager for the sales reps. I loved it and was a top producer. I also helped VO or
do closing contracts after the sale in addition to my Management responsibilities, and gave
the welcome speech before the movie part of the presentation. I was later promoted to the In
House department as an In House rep. or Inventory Specialist which handles all sales upgrades
of owners and owner issues. This is a very desirable position. At that time, we were the top
volume in house department for the entire company. On site as well as off site. I later became
the Training Manager and do all of the hiring and training of the entire sales team. I also still do
closings, upgrade owners, and basically help where needed in all departments. I am the only
employee in the company to ever work in more than one position as well as excel at them all.
I am greatly valued and entrusted.
Office Manager

or VO which is responsible for verifying all paperwork to be true and correct before a contract

notarizing all required documents. The original office manger was terminated and I
stepped in and continued to be the VO as well. I later joined the sales line while still
