fuel Power Plant in Penuelas, Puerto Rico. Penuelas included an unloading terminal for LNG,
with storage, decompression, export to pipeline and as fuel for the Power Plant. Penuelas
included a sea water desalting plants, to feed the Power Plant and to export to pipeline to sell
potable water.
