Erection and commissioning of Honeywell Experion R400 DCS.

• Installation and commissioning of all field instruments like level, flow, pressure, temperature transmitter and DP transmitters, control valves(LCV,PCV,FCV), switches gauges.

• Planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements, and Interlocks.

• Supervise plan and coordinates activities for the maintenance, safe operation and functionality of all Instruments, regulatory control, process safety and real time monitoring the Feeders

KNOWLEDGE PURVIEW

Possesses knowledge of Honeywell Experion R400 DCS and Yokogawa CS3000 DCS.

Calibration and commissioning of all field instruments like FT, LT, PT, control valves, Positioners, I/P, Analyser instruments, Solenoid valves, Pressure & Temperature gauges, Belt weighing scales, Instrument compressors.

Having excellent skill in calibration and test equipment’s like Druck pressure calibrator, HART communicator 375, Dead weight testers, Thickness measuring Instrument, fluke digital multimeter, etc

Understanding of all control drawings, ILD, P&ID, Hook-up drawings, Cable schedule, Index, Termination drawing, and layout drawings.

Knowledge of project related activities i.e. preparing I/O listing, Cable schedule, DCS programming, Installation, Simulation, Commissioning, SCADA erection and commissioning with Field Instrumentation.

Troubleshooting of DCS/PLC related problems, project and maintenance.
