I have well rounded experience on IP based switches and routers. I'm a SME
(Subject Matter Expert) in the Access group at AT&T U-Verse. I maintained,
configured and supported installation & turn-up of Alcatel 7330, 7340, 7342
ASAM's and Ciena DN7100 switches as well as Alcatel 7450 switch and router
and 7750 routers using CLI (Command Line Interface) and EMS (Element
Management System). I'm very well versed in ATM transport. I was a SME
for the ATM Frame Relay network. I maintained, configured and supported
Alcatel 3600, and 36170 multiservice platform switches using CLI and EMS.
As a SME I supported Central Office, Field OSP (Outside Plant), Loop
Electronics, and Premises technicians in all aspects of installation, and
maintenance as well as equipment upgrades. Teamed with Project Managers to
grow network and add new features. Using CLI and EMS I modified and
corrected configurations on Alcatel equipment during outages, as well as
clearing issues caused by flow through provisioning errors.
