PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

. Eliminated product backlog and enabled area to meet weekly goal by

working overtime

to repair equipment when more than half of the tools in the area were

down for

maintenance issues.

. Drove optimum equipment utilization and eliminated slack time by

effectively supervising

a 21-person department and considering multiple factors when assigning

people on all eight tools

checking per data base.

. Ran tests on chemicals to make sure chemicals were passing

qualifications and passing per SPC++. Ran special tests for

Engineering experiments. Kept track of production that was high

priority by constantly monitoring priority lists. Making sure

updated pass downs were communicated to all shifts.

. Checked facilities throughout the company for any repairs needed

outside factory. Replace water Filter Bottles that kept clean water

for the factory, By purging bottles prior to install and making sure

proper pressure was given for factory. Ran operations for the factory

on various machines. Checked all gauges in the boiler room and

chemicals throughout the company. Helped Chemist by mixing chemicals

needed for factory, production, chemical tanks.

Emergency Response Team - Responded to numerous chemical and non-chemical

spills by evacuating affected areas to keep personnel safe and using Best

Known Methods to clean up chemicals and bring areas to a safe state.

Safety Coordinator - Performed weekly inspection of working area; completed

checklists and initiated corrective action for any discrepancies found.
