Duties/Responsibilities: I work as a PBX operator answering a high volume

of patient calls and routing them to doctors, nurses, schedulers etc. I

also complete other job duties such as sorting mail and delivering it to

office staff, and sending out urgent Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS packages.

Client Service Representative-March 2007 to November 2012

Duties/Responsibilities: Worked as a client service representative in a

high volume pharmacy call center. I worked with clients such as insurance

companies and benefit offices to research and resolve in-depth escalated

member issues. I also placed prescription orders, checked drug coverage,

pharmacy networks, added prior authorizations for medications, and audited

an processed prescription claims. The job included a lot of multi tasking

and research. Also a lot of clerical works such as phone calls, emails,

excel spreadsheets, use of Microsoft word, and several other computer and

phone programs.
