resources used to obtain copies of ads and to create POS data queries to confirm the units scanned

claimed by the customer.

• Entered and monitored all the Trade promotions utilizing AMPS Planning and Payment systems

• Performed and complied with Unilever’s Audit Rules and Regulations by creating customer

contracts, providing shipment data for scan events and obtaining the necessary approvals when

validating and processing a customer deduction.

Managed all Trade Fund spending of $40MM for Client’s top 3 Drug customers.

Accomplishments

• Processed deductions for all Drug customers with trade spending liabilities equating to $40MM.

Market Track/Adview website and Hyperion Database system were resources used to obtain

copies of ads and to create POS data queries to confirm the units scanned claimed by the

customer.

• Entered and monitored all the Trade Promotions utilizing an array of Trade Management

software, i.e. Gelco, SVP, Siebel and Adesso Planning.

• Traveled to Brokers’ offices and assisted with obtaining supporting documentation and reviewing

customer commitments for validity. Also, trained Brokers on Gelco Trade Management

Software.

• Created and managed Post Promotion Analysis worksheets for client’s top 3 Drug customers

which proved the effectiveness of promotional ads.

• Performed extensive research on post audits for the client’s top 3 Drug customers to determine

their validity. This resulted in adding economic value to the company by finding numerous

customer post audits to be deemed invalid and by saving the company approximately $50,000 to

$100K/annually.

• Managed deductions for one of the client’s Grocery customers (Supervalu) that topped out at

$2MM in aged deductions. In one year, through virtual team meetings with Customer Service

and the Sales Team, the Supervalu deductions were reduced to $65K.

• Performed and complied with Sarbanes-Oxley quarterly audits by providing the pertinent

documentation required for processing customer claims.

• Utilized SAP for creating journal entries; created deduction reports and customer off-invoice

reports.
