I offer over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing Precision Machined parts in the Machine Industry. When CNC

T echnology was first introduced to the machining industry I embraced it with a passion. By combining a sound

foundation in machining enhanced by knowing how to use the latest technology I have developed a unique approach

to Methods and Programming. My program methods and expertise are in 3,4, & 5 axis Milling.

One of my specialties is Programming High Speed Unattended Machining. As you can see in this picture these parts

are the Leading edge for the 757. 16 parts operation 1&2 complete Lights out Machining. Total of 32 pcs. Cycle time

11 hrs total for all parts. All holes finished bored to within .0005 . this was my shop in New York before 911 when the

contract was terminated.

I also specialize in Reverse Engineering of older NC Programs and convert NC code into Geometry to create new

toolpath for High Speed Machining
