Director of Finance: Responsible for all accounting
transactions in the hotel as well as asset and liability
reconciliation's. Communicate with corporate office
regarding forecasts and cash flow statements each week.
Complete a full monthly Profit and Loss Statement and
Balance Sheet the first two business days of each month.
Also, responsible for capital expenses, leases, insurance,
all licenses related to the hotel and food and beverage
operations, maintain the computer network and annual
budgets including presentations to the corporate office.
Work with individual department managers to minimize
expenses and maximize revenues. Member of an executive
committee that discusses issues of the hotel and develops
plans to lead our team to success. Also, participate in
daily business review meetings with the sales department
and I am involved with yield meetings focusing on rates and
occupancies for future dates. Participated in a two and a
half day extensive Train the Trainer class by Freeman
Training Group. Acting General Manager January 2012 - March
2013. Responsible for accounting during $22 million
renovation.

distribution company and Wood Goods Industries is a high
end manufacturing table company. Wood Goods Industries
separated ownership from Industrial Lumber & Plywood,
