Financial Operations: Full responsibility for oversight of practice
financial operations, cost controls with direct responsibility for
disbursements, financial reporting, budgeting and compliance. Successfully
reduced overhead by $850K by implementing the following processes:
Downsizing Practice (44 FTE’s to 28 FTE’s)
Cross training staff
Redesign office locations to include timeshares
Simplified office procedures & policies
