Position: IT Technical Consultant
INFO CS is a German IT service provider and a network operator and provider of internet and
telecommunications products. The company offers business customers telephone, broadband,
virtual private networks (VPN), IT services, leased lines and value added services,
such as call center functionality. Moreover, QSC offers Internet service providers and
other resellers broadband data solutions for resale.
In my time at INFO CS i worked for the Otto Group Company. The Otto Group, headquartered in
Hamburg, is a worldwide erating retail and services group with approximately 53,800

employees. My team, included eight agents and one teamleader supported all employes at the
main office in Hamburg, 6,000 total employees as well as all other locations of Otto and their
daughter company in Germany.
Duties: Account management, time management, process management.
Otto uses a variety of programs on a daily basis, including Kubis Otto’s bespoke system that
handles all orders, also SAP, sharepoint and office. All aspects of hardware and software were
overseen by my team. Everyday over 250 calls and 150 emails are processed via a
troubleshooting system called Cherwell.
