• Performed simulations using ABAQUS 6.11 replicating the compression and tension functions of the experiment

• Researched extensively on high-strain rate experiments, Split-Hopkinson Pressure Bar experimental setup and its mechanism

• Presented this computational investigation of the experiment individually, to a panel of PhD students and some faculty members

• Optimized a complex flowchart to exhibit flow of compressed air through a thermal storage and produce electricity
