properly and ensure everyone under my supervision is wearing their proper PPE. Change G-codes when

necessary and/or make minor adjustments to produce quality items. Keep an open communication with other

Supervisors to ensure that every project meets scheduled due dates. Maintain an organized and clean

environment to prevent harm to individuals or company property.

CNC Programmer/Operator and Foreman 07/06 -05/13

Clean and Stamp parts, cut scrap, load and unload burning table using an overhead crane (plate clamps,

magnets). Verify the CNC and plate(measuring tape/ micrometer) matched the drawing (blue print), line up

bevel head to plate (square with two points), select the right AMPS(depending on thickness of material), verify

consumables (200AMPS, 260AMPS, 400AMPS) were correct. Also, had to program the machine by using a

software (ProNest) and create parts and export (DXF) by using a software called AutoCAD. I operated a manual

press brake, bending material to various degrees (depending on specs from drawing) sections from 5”-20’

carbon steel material. Also, I had full control over burning and rolling department which included: maintain

machines and crew on schedule, inspect worked material to ensure quality, control over budgeted hours (per

job), inventory, keep records of jobs completed, and develop new ideas to improve production while preserving

the safety of employees a priority.
