newspapers printed to film (Full page Negative) before the press room

deadline. I worked with the News Room, Composing Room, Ad Service and

Camera Department to ensuring that the SUN, IBM, DEC, HARRIS and

Macintosh System function properly. Daily responsibilities included:

Database Design and Development

Designed, Coded and Implemented an Ad Tracking Database Program. The

program incorporated Btrieve Database Engine, Turbo Vision user

interface along with Kermit file transfer between SCO Unix Server.

This Database serves as a link between the Advertising, Ad Service and

the Computer Department. Its sole purpose is to ensure that all Ads

are present before production deadline.
