QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
. Acted as the Site Representative for BAE Systems under a classified
Special Projects Contract. Duties include Configuration Management
work for Coordination Artifacts and the application of Systems
Engineering disciplines for Special Alterations of the Strategic
Weapons Systems of Trident II class nuclear submarines. Processed 130
PNOC's per year as well as six SPALT Proposals
. BAE Systems Representative for five large change projects for the
missile and launcher subsystems. Developed all aspects of the complex
engineering change from System Requirements development and review to
transiting the requirements into Technical Objects and Guidelines
documents. Worked with IPT groups from contracts, logistics, fleet
ops, and all Navy and contractor organizations to bring projects from
design to implementation.
. Mentor and supervisor to 14 personnel in all aspects of their career
development as well as the operation, maintenance, and repair of the
communications equipment on board The USS Bremerton SSN 698. Duties
as the Communication Division Leading Chief Petty Officer included:
Training, performance evaluation, and management of several ship wide
programs such as Quality Assurance, Safety and Material Maintenance
Management.
. Managed the Communications Security (COMSEC) account of the USS
Bremerton in accordance with the Navy's Electronic Key Material System
program. Responsible for the receipt, inventory, storage, issuance,
and destruction of over 700 line items in the account.
. Hold a current Secret Security Clearance based on a Special Background
Investigation dated 22 May 2007.
. As the Fleet Liaison for the Trouble Failure Reporting System,
developed presentations for fleet wide conferences on both US coasts
and in Europe to document problems with the Strategic Navigation
System.
