Primary responsible for design, implementation and daily operation for the BT Text message system, including

system API design, Storage design and implementation, staging environment setup and testing, Web

Reporting Site design and implementation, documentation and operational hand off to tier II NOC

Responsible for defining and maintaining Web Based BT(Business Tool) platform for Text messaging
