Senior Director – Health & Wellness 2007 – 2013

Business development, offer development, marketing and operational excellence of a comprehensive wellness

solution for seniors and employees. Executed health and wellness initiative for 2000 Sodexo employees and 475

client Healthcare communities. Partnered with clients with exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Hired,

trained and managed health and wellness directors for client sites.

● Expanded a B to B to C core business by spearheading development and sales of an older adult and

employee focused health and wellness program.

● Project manager for the development and execution of a healthy workplace initiative to engage the whole

acquisition.

2002

Implemented nutrition systems for Resident Dining Division in support of 260+ accounts nationwide. Lead

coordinator for all programs within Corporate Office.

● Recruited, trained, and led 40+ regional dietitians in nutrition components for multi account units.

● Represented clinical operations unit for all sales survey processes, trade shows, and presentations.

● Worked with corporate marketing to develop 10 major nutrition programs.

● Managed clinical operations budget and P&L centers governing Regional Dietitians, Dietetic Internship

Program, and Menu Department.

1985 1995

District Manager Assigned to several regions as DM to oversee all food operations and management of client

relationships, growth and people.

Dietetic Internship Program Director – Improved entry level talent acquisition by launching 10 month Dietetic

Internship Program 100% of participants moved into full time roles.

Regional Dietitian – Assigned to multiple long term care and mentally disabled facilities for nutrition evaluation

and management of residents. Work included assessments, diet counseling, menu control, in servicing, and policy

enforcement.

Director of Food and Nutrition Managed the food and nutrition department at various locations including a
