Lead Technical Consultant / Manager August 2011 - January 2014

Provides support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment, and Serves as customer contact on service related problems.

Orders Repair parts in timely manner to avoid device exchanges and impact repair rate. Responsible for making sure that all E-Waste products

return in accordance with federal laws. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Using

highly technical test equipment and following rigid test procedures, manages and oversees all technical testing and repair of handsets, maintains

calibration on all diagnostic equipment, adapter and connectors. Provides inventory reports to the Retail Store Manager and is responsible for

inventory security using computerized database inventory management systems. Supports installation and upgrades on Windows, Blackberry,

and Android based software. Responsible for handset repair and execution and facilitation of E-Ticket program to reduce the number of Handset

Police Officer October 2003 - April 2009

Provide community service and protection for a city with over 100,000 citizens. Conducted neighborhood meeting and educated residents on

how to keep their neighborhoods safe. Supervised a squad of Police Officers in daily operations law enforcement. Completed several extensive

cases and apprehend the suspects. The position requires the ability to work alone and make split second decisions and physically apprehend

suspects, it also requires the ability to educate, enforce and counsel individuals. Earned four unit citations for my ability to handle stressful

situations and perform to the standard operating procedure

UNITED STATES ARMY

Communications Chief June 1997- June 2001

Troubleshoot and maintained windows based network to include one secured network. That network included 12 computers, 7 VOIPs, and 50

users. My Duties were to maintain basic Administration Duties, Install network updates, Install devices (Printers, Projectors, etc.), put in work

orders for accounts and certain user rights and enforce Information Assurance Policies all while supervising 4 other personnel. Helped set up,

operate, install, and maintain (20-30) up armored vehicle mounted radio systems from AN/VRC-87, AN/VRC-89, AN/VRC-90, AN/VRC-91,

AN/VRC-92, other systems included the Harris AN/PRC-117G HF/FM/UHF/SATCOM/WAN Network that covered a area of 50 square miles. I

was the company’s maintenance representative, submitted work orders, and provided assistance to lower level operators and their maintainers

with a 98% function rate. I operated, maintained, uninstalled, reinstalled, provided operator level support for 20 systems with a 96% function

rate and with the help of the area FSR (Field Service Representative). Have worked extensively with the SKL’S and the ANCD encryption

device as well as the M-777, provided several different varieties of COMSEC to the companies three different COMSEC representatives.
