I am an outgoing individual and I enjoy taking on new challenges and give
100% in everything I do both in my professional and personal life. I am a
strong motivator and enjoy leading a large team. I am always willing to
take on new challenges and to excel in my job roll.

Positions Held
Promotion - sept 2012 I have now got the duty of being a shift leader
which entitles me to manage a house and a number of staff to do there
duties I am also in charge of budget and sorting out and writing risk
assemenents for the children I have also got certain dates in which I have
supervisions and appraisals set by. My latest achievement is that I have
taken children on residential holidays off site for there summer holiday
also the responsibility of administrating controlled drugs and medication
as well as controlling and monitoring finances and budget. I have also
completed my level 3 in Safe guarding and am basic first aid / fire marshal
trained
Within the year of becoming a shift leader I have qualified in qcf level 3
health and social care for children and young people.

General warehouse duties in a food environment, allocating food products to
different zones for delivery under a temporary agency employment agreement.
I enjoy the work however I am looking for a permanent position that is full
time.

Position: Caf Assistant & Recreation senior Assistant, followed by senior
lifeguard
Positions Held Cont.
I initially managed the till and prepared and cooked food for customers. I
also had the duty of washing up and cleaning the kitchen and seating area
and helping out with children's parties.
Following the appropriate training course I then moved internally to become
a lifeguard and cover supervisor, which I was doing for a over a year, this
included monitoring peoples safety in the pool, and administering first aid
in important situations. I also had to clean the centre and manage a small
team of other lifeguards. I have also been one of the key holders carrying
early morning and evening safety checks before and after the centre
opens/closes. I also have experience in cash handling, dealing with
customer complaints and managing a small team. I also trained to become a
Senior Recreations Assistant and to become a swimming instructor.
I left this role as I felt I had reached my maximum potential within the
company and they were not looking to promote within even though I had
carried out the necessary training and covering during times of sickness
and holiday.

Position: Carrying out duties which included working on the till,
supervising the children playing on the equipment and also supervising and
assisting at children parties held on the premises.
General Information
I am a keen and hardworking person and I work well both within a team and
alone.
I feel I am well disciplined in all that I do. I have enjoyed my jobs and
have always worked well with other staff members.
I am a friendly character and I am not negatively influenced by my peers. I
make my own decisions in life with the help of my close and supportive
family. I have been informed by others that I am mature than average 21
year olds.
From the age of 6 I attended Tai-Kwon-Do classes and achieved my black belt
at the age of 12. In order to achieve this I had to be extremely
disciplined, respectful and committed and I believe that these qualities
have influenced my attitude to life and they are still with me today.
