Controller for pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Duties included

monthly preparation of general ledgers and financial statements for several

companies. Processed payroll for over 230 employees. Prepared and filed

quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end processing of W-2s. Responsible

for accounts payable and all G/L account reconciliations and Bank

reconciliations. Administrator for 401k plan with over $7 million in plan

assets. Files monthly sales & use tax returns. Assisted CPA firm with

corporate tax return preparation and annual audits.

Operations Analyst, 1989 - 2001

Operations Analyst for a management company that managed retirement

centers, nursing homes, ALFs, rehab centers and a manufacturing company.

Duties included accounting for a 401k plan with over 400 participants,

monthly preparation of numerous companies' financial statements as well as

annual budgets and monthly statistical reports. Supervised employees that

performed A/P and A/R functions. Review and preparation of quarterly

payroll tax returns, year-end processing of W-2s and 1099s.

Bio-Medical Applications - Southeast Region, Tampa, FL

Operations Analyst, 1986 - 1989

Regional Operations Analyst / Assistant Controller for 44 dialysis

facilities located throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Complete control of

all daily sub-duties of Regional Controller. Extensive involvement in the

preparation and finalization for an approximate $50 million regional fiscal

budget including overview of 45 facility budgets. Budgeting duties

included preparation of personnel, P & L, Revenue and Capital Expenditure

sub-budgets. Responsible for numerous monthly reports directly

communicated to Corporate Office.

Bio-Medical Applications - Gulf Region, Houston, TX

Accounting Manager, 1984 - 1986

Regional Accounting Manager for 23 dialysis facilities located in Texas and

Puerto Rico. Monitored and supervised all accounting entries for

departments. Assisted Regional Controller with budget functions. Regional

office closed in October 1986 at which time I was transferred to the

Southeast Region office in Tampa, FL.
