mediations, conciliations, and mediations. Prepare motions and discovery

requests, attend hearings, and conduct non-jury trials. Review

ATIDS/abstracts for title examinations and prepare title opinions for

mortgage foreclosures. Substantial experience with title curative issues.

Review and issue Owner's and Mortgagee's Policies. Negotiate and prepare

residential/commercial purchase/sales contracts. Monitor closings and
