I am seeking a full time position as a Safety Professional.
As my resume indicates, I have combined 11 years of actual investigative site/scene management as a Police
Evidence Technician and Construction Safety Manager along with a Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration, OSHA 10.30.510 and MIOSHA Level 1 Construction Certificate. I also maintain certifications
in CPR/AED and First Aid. I am currently enrolled in the MIOSHA Construction Level II along with the
MIOSHA Safety & Health Management certificate programs. I am open to any type of training and/or
education that benefits me and the Corporation.
I have excellent organizational and communications skills, an outstanding work ethic, and the ability to work in
both team-oriented and self-directed environments. I am very punctual and available to work weekends.

Objectives: Promote a Safety and Health culture through the Corporation. Improve workplace safety and
health for all employees, as evidenced by fewer hazards, reduced exposure, and fewer injuries and reduced
illness. Promote employer and employee awareness of, commitment to, and involvement with safety and
health to effect positive change in the Corporations workplace culture.
• Create and coordinate employee safety initiatives and conduct safety training for Corporation and its
employees.
• Work with Corporation to ensure the employee handbook, Company safety policy and all applicable
employee documents i.e., operator’s licenses, CDL’s, certificates, etc. are current and within compliance with
local, State and Federal laws.
• Create and modify safety policies and programs
• Meet with new employees and provide an introduction to safety and health and other applicable Company
policies, SOP’s and review pre-employment physicals and issue PPE. Conduct a Q&A.
• Perform initial new worksite reviews and random worksite inspections on all active sites. Identify job site
hazards, connect with site qualified persons and complete job site safety reports (JSA’s).
• Conducting on-site tool box talks to reinforce the corporate safety policies.

• Investigate and document workplace illness, incidents, injuries and/or fatalities. Work with Authorities and
Corporation throughout any investigative process. Work with Corporation to identify, evaluate, develop and
implement policies to improve work place safety.
• Prepare detailed incident reports
• Implement and coordinate employee drug and alcohol testing program
• Evaluate and negotiate incident and workers compensation claims
• Participate in weekly management meetings
