Customer Service/Production Manager

June 2012 – July 2013. As warehouse manager for a small bulk vending distributor, I was the sole warehouse employee

pulling orders, shipping/receiving and managing the inventory. After 4 months I was promoted to the customer

service/production manager position, which I held at Brand Imports in Scottsdale AZ, before moving to Florida. I invoiced

sales sheets, handled accounts receivable, general bookkeeping and purchasing. I also created work orders for in house and

outside production. Ensured quality of product is met to the standards set by this top 5 bulk vending company.

Front Desk Security/Residential High Rise

July 2012 – July 2013. For the past yea I’ve worked part time front desk security at Scottsdale Waterfront Towers. This

upscale condominium residence has 24/7 security. Duties are ensuring only residence and their approved guests are allowed

access to the interior of the building. Receiving and tracking packages and dry cleaning, while monitoring all smoke

detectors and CCTV security systems.

Squadron Resource Advisor

Sept 2009 – March 2012. Final 2 and half years of my Air Force career handpicked to serve as financial adviser to

maintenance squadron commander and staff. I performed financial management activities; executing annual

budgets of over $700,000, and assisting in the execution of group budgets of over 2.3 million including oversight of

purchase card program, approval of travel orders and vouchers, preparing new contract purchases. Analyzing

financial problems and recommending solutions to squadron and group commanders.

Aircraft Structural Maintenance Craftsman

1997 – 2009 Designed and fabricated repairs. Removed and replaced structural parts on fixed wing aircraft. As an

experienced technician I advised repair modifications, and corrosion protection treatment, maintaining original structural

integrity. Utilizing knowledge of work requirements managed shop personal provided Estimated Time of Completion ETIC’s

to operations supervisors for aircraft availability. Checked final work according to technical and blueprint specifications.

Annually evaluated personnel to ensure adherence to AF standards. Additional duties: supply/tool control, facility

management, hazardous waste management, training manager, technical manual monitor. As shop supervisor I mentored

personnel in supervision positions as well as their subordinates. Attended daily production meetings, and on review boards

and troubleshooting teams to correct deficiencies in our production and repair process.

Using aircraft structural knowledge and my NCO experience I was in charge of the Technical Assistance Request (TAR)

program relaying requests for assistance to a/c engineers. Primary inspection area a/c maintenance, additional duties; aircraft

forms, tool and equipment inspection and periodic aircraft overhaul inspection.

Professional Experience

Maintenance Squadron (MXS) Resource Advisor (Ramstein Air Base, GE) Sept 2009 – May 2012

Created an annual execution plans for FY12=$728K fiscal year expenditures, monthly briefings of unit commander.

Maintained an annual purchase card program budget of $225,000. Approved over $150,000 in travel orders and vouchers

within the Defense Travel System (DTS).

MXS Structural Maintenance Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) in Charge Oct 2005 – Sept 2009

Liaison between section supervisors and flight line supervision. Work knowledge and experience was paramount to

provide information driving that day’s flight schedule. Directed repair work along with overall work center programs to

include; upgrade and proficiency training programs, personnel and equipment safety programs, hazardous waste

programs, bench stock and supply programs, and technical manual programs. Assigned several times to unit self

evaluation teams at several locations. July 1998 evaluated units technical order (manual) program, October 2000

inspected overall unit training documentation, and November 2002 Inspected squadron hazardous waste programs,

Maintenance Group Quality Assurance Inspector Jan 2003 – Sept 2005

The USAF C 130 E/H Model fleet was grounded due to fatigue cracks in the wings. As a result I was in charge of the

evaluation, and reporting for the entire Yokota AB fleet of 14 aircraft. I submitted over 52 TAR in a 2 and half month

period. Returning aircraft not affected to continue mission flights and repairing the affected aircraft to a safety of flight

condition. Inspector deployments resulted in assumption as Chief Inspector duties for four months, reviewing all

evaluations, reports and overseeing all programs within the quality assurance section. Revamped group tool

identification program for 17 work centers involving over a million tools.
