Job description:

Responsible for material take off (MTO), MR (material request), and following

up MTC (material testing certification), MIR (material inspection request),

reviewing all material certificates received from the vendor, following up

material procurement process.

Responsible for making (TBE) technical bid evaluation for all equipment of the

project, all material required, also evaluate all proposals received from

consultant.

Doing any suitable arrangement with the operation and maintenance to

achieve our goals.

Reviewing the WPS before executing welding works as per AWS, KNPC,

ASME,API codes, and prepare fit up inspection request, preparing any

necessary inspection request (fit up,, DPT, RT…etc.). Aware of PETROJET

management system, HSE safety roles.

Responsible for erection of steel piping lines, in accordance with standards.

Reviewing all drawings of project( p& ID drawings, isometric, support

drawings, piping plan, weld map drawings),submit drawing to the client for

approval ( rev A, rev 0 ) .

Preparing of as-built drawing after construction, and FCN (field construction

notes) attached with as built.

Leading the team work, that includes site engineers, superintendent,

supervisors, and others to achieve our goals with high quality as per standard

within plan.

Responsible for fabrication and erection of (pressure vessels, distillation

towers, fired tube, heaters, heat Exchangers, new piping system, and its

fittings.

Responsible for installation of modified piping system of most critical

machines.

Responsible for replacing old manual gate valves (GV) to new remote valves

(AOV&MOV).

Responsible for perform any hydro test required for piping system that after

NDT inspection, And prepare any material required for this test (manifolds,

blinds, gauges, safety valves, Fittings, manual hydraulic pumps.. etc., revise

hydro test package before submitting to client.

Computer Skills

AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD 2013, Revit 2009, MS-Office 2013, Computer Application,

Project Office Manager, Primavera, Photoshop and Visual Basic 8.

In additional most of CNC Machine programs.
