Manage the quality & material flow in/out of buffing, anodizing, wet & powder coat paint - suppliers.

• Obtained business unit stabilization across 40 plus fabrication work cells - producing over 30,000 roof

rails per week: accomplished through the establishment of material flow aisles, cell matching with U-

shape team concept, production schedule attainment, & driving preventative maintenance.

machines, 2 custom engineered fabrication saws, 1 metal saw, 1 miter saw, 4 punch presses, 2 drill press, and 3

packing stations.

• Increased production/processed metal by over 200% within the 1 st 6 months through capital investments &

kaizan improvement projects. KPI charts & spreadsheets, tool inventories, & preventative maintenance

schedules are key management tools used to grow this portion of the company.
