Business Performance Impact: Formerly North American Stamping
Metal Stamping Company used as a tier one and tier two supplier to the
automotive big three. Resolved quality issues that had company on
General Motors "RED" status by improving process, training operators
and inspectors, working with suppliers and customer to ensure issues
were eliminated. Resulting in being removed from the "RED" status to
"GREEN" in nine months and
improving customer satisfaction and relationship. Improved the
throughput in both the progressive and manual dies by changing the
work flow and decreasing die change over time.
