100K+ patient records within a 4-month period and with no interruption to daily services.

Purpose and Scope: Directed the daily operations of 3 medical clinics. Formulated and managed a
$1M+ annual budget. Forecasted expenses and profitability, and allocated funding for special projects.
Hired, trained, supervised, and performed HR functions for a 30-member team, and assisted local
commanders with general and specific healthcare information and services. Clinics served 50K+
patients per annum.

extended pharmacy services to retired military personnel and dependents.
Served as COR providing program management oversight to ensure proper execution of the contract with
