Level 2 Extrusion machine operator
• Startup, cleanouts, sizing and size changes per work orders, setup sheets & part blueprints.
• Operated all extrusion jobs.
• Performed basic set-up and tear down of extruders and downstream equipment.
• Perform basic and advanced machines adjustments to the process.
• Use of amp meter and some light rewiring of electrical connections.
• Polishing tooling and making Teflon’s on a small lathe.
• Use calipers, micrometers, Go-no-go & plug gauges daily to assure the quality of the part.
