• Responsible for articulating the vision for ESH company-wide strategies and compliance for 33
domestic and international locations regarding environmental, safety and health programs.
• Managed a staff of 15; O&M budget of $21 million/year and CAPEX budgets of $35

• Oversaw administration of a multistate Workers Compensation program, reduced losses through
compassionate aggressive claims management and created cost control measures producing a
contribution of $10 million in savings.

• Responsible for managing up to six technical and administrative employees, including miscellaneous

throughout the United States performing these services and tasks. Coordinated training, industrial hygiene
