As the manager of a 15-bed intensive care unit I provided direction and

personnel, fiscal budget analysis, policy and standards development and
unit based quality improvement and education.

Coordinate cases to review for the physician peer review
process, case identification and reporting outcomes. Provide
chart abstraction for all hospital required Joint commission and
CMS Core measures, ACC, STS, and California CABG outcomes
reporting. Participate in interdisciplinary team reviews for
emergency response and core measure outcomes for evaluation and
education. Focused provider and study reviews, monitoring of
physician provider profiles, quarterly summary and blueprints
for Medical Staff Departments. I have experience with the

Review medical records and abstract data for submission on core
measures for patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction. Review
medical records and abstract data for Internal Cardio-
defibrillator patients with submission to CMS as required for
reimbursement. Submit and prepare collected data on all emergent
percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures for
participation and designation as an Alameda County Cardiac
Receiving Center. Coordinate and organize interdisciplinary team
