Career History:

In August 2010 I moved to the US and am now a permanent resident. Whilst

undergoing the immigration process I was not able to work between August

2010 and January 2011. Immediately after receiving my green card I

undertook a number of successful short term contracts:

CFA Institute, VA, NY & Hong Kong September - October 2013

Contracted IT Trainer

Trained an in-house custom CRM application at offices in US and Hong

Kong.

State Farm, all over the USA October 2011 - October 2013

Contracted Technical Trainer

Member of a team of national technical trainers instructing State Farm

agents and their staff in the use of a new corporate VOIP telephone

system. A few months after the beginning of the project I was

appointed as a mentor to support and develop other trainers in the

group.

US Social Security Administration, all over the USA January 2013 -

July 2013

Contracted IT and Technical Trainer

Presented training courses at various SSA training centers across the

country in the use of a new CISCO VOIP telephone system. After the

training I supported users in the use of the new system.

Intuit Payment Solutions, Albuquerque, NM July 2011 - December 2012

Contracted VBA Developer and Support Analyst

Provided advice and support on various automated IT solutions. I

proposed and then programmed the automation of 30 complex, time-

consuming and business-critical operations using VBA and SQL Server.

REDW LLC, Albuquerque, NM February 2011 - March 2011

Excel & VBA Developer

Contracted to write a system in Excel VBA to audit complex Balance

Sheets and Statements of Accounts for large clients of REDW. A complex

client's spreadsheet that used to take several days to audit now takes

less than one minute.

My contracted role had four main objectives:

Contracted Support Analyst and International Champion

. Ensured that all business-critical Excel, Word, PowerPoint and

Access files continued to work following company migration from MS

Office 2000 to Office 2007. Analyzed and where necessary, rewrote

Excel VBA programs and Access databases to ensure compliance.

. Ensured that all Excel files and associated VBA coding was

Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliant.

. Supported all European users following migration. Supported

PepsiCo's international support team during the migration.

Balfour Beatty Management Limited, London, UK May 2009 - July 2009

Contracted IT Trainer

Created and presented a series of training courses so that all UK

staff could begin to use their new systems following a national

migration from Windows 2000 to Vista and Office 2000 to Office 2007.

Particular attention was given to dealing sensitively and

encouragingly with user-resistance to the upgrade.

. As a developer, designed custom e-learning solutions using Flash,
