response to commercial constraints resulting in $7.5M/year in fixed cost savings.

Led cross-business unit consolidation of Imerys Middle Georgia assets resulting in $12M in savings.

Directed product portfolio shift to emphasize products for paper packaging applications in response

to market demand and reserve optimization / cost constraints.

Directed continuous process improvement program (OPSC) targeting energy, recovery, productivity,
