CMDB UPGRADE HPSM: Upgraded CMBD Database from HPSD to unified HPSM. Integrated all Lines of Business on HPSM. As part of Project
designed backend solution, deployed as well as conducted training sessions for Config Champions as well CMDB end users in phases. Backend
DB was upgraded to Oracle as well. Entire Rollout was for 14500 CMDB users in the US as well as offshore who access CMDB through Citrix.
Office 2003 to 2007 Upgrade: Successfully upgrade Office 2003 to 2007 for 15000 plus clients also upgraded backend servers to Exchange
2007. Did Feasibility on Office 2010 as well. Microsoft was chosen as the vendor to work with us on effort.

Deliver a scalable, SSL Remote Access Solution to consolidate remote access enterprise wide to consolidate all LOBs onto the
