WORK EXPERIENCE

2000 - 2013 Work in Aluminum Company of Egypt in nagahamady it is one of the biggest

aluminum company in the middle east as production engineer

main duties

• provide a report in detail of the operation process to my manger to help him to take good

decision

• always try to increase the efficiency of the production process

• me and my team work always work according to the strategise of the company

• solve any problem happen during my shift

JOBS DESCRIPTION

1-follow up the operation process by watching the graphic chart of each cell in

supervisor room.

2- follow up the parameters of each cell like croylite ratio, temperature and cathode

drop voltage.

3-analyses each event happen to each cell like anode effect and know

cheek feeders of the cell which the anode effect happen in to know if there are a

problem in its feeder or its crust breakers or it happen because this cell has no

suitable voltage or its temperature in low

4- solve any problem in the cell like volte instability and know it causes whether

( problem in carbon blocks, cell ledge, electrical connection ... Etc) to take the

suitable procedures to solve it.

5-enter the data of the thermal regulation process ( temperature and croylite ratio )

from supervisor room.

6-follow up the metal analyses(fe,si,Mn,Na of the aluminum of each cell and

know the reason of increasing of any element out of the suitable range that is very

important to enhance the purification of the metal and also know the reason of the

increasing of this element for example the increasing of Fe element in the metal

analyse may be a reason of a problem in the carbon block of the cathode or because a

problem in the ledge of the cell or it come from the alumina itself or its come from

anode carbon block

7-follow up the operation of changing of carbon block in the cells and make sure that

is doing good to avoid happening of voltage instability

8-in aluminum company of Egypt the alumina and aluminum fluoride is charged in

cell by feeders make sure that is this feeders is not empty and working good
