Writer/Designer

• Content marketing writer for Hinge Marketing. Research topics including content marketing, data analytics, and geospatial visualization; produce blog posts for numerous blogs weekly to promote concepts and services in content marketing.

• Currently produce web content for The Burris Agency; 3-5 items weekly for an ongoing email/web campaign. Research products and devise unique approach for each while maintaining campaign voice. Employ best SEO writing practices.

• Co-writing series of articles for the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leading Effectively blog.

• Wrote scripts for a series of AXE Hair commercials; part of creative team invited by AXE to participate in campaign development.

• Other projects include copywriting for Spider Baby Records; designing identity package for Digital Tadpole, Inc.; creating press releases and promotional materials for 2004-2008 Greensboro 48 Hour Film Project; brochure design for Green Hill Center for NC Art; and copywriting for Oatmeal Studios.

• Led a redesign of product’s size to reduce costs and adjust to new press web width; coordinated the efforts of Operations and IT departments, as well as external print vendors.
