get them caught up on their A/R posting. I input payments from insurance
EOB's from the past 6 months. Reconciled old balances owed to the practice.
Followed up on missing EOB's for the past 2 years. Input payments from
current insurance companies to date.

Worked for 3 Doctors, 1 PA, and 2 Physical Therapists. Saw an average of 95-
120 patients a day. Very fast paced office. Duties: Front desk duties
included checking patient out when done, scheduling all appointments,
answer phone, input medical charges from Fee slips, closing day reports and
transmitting daily charges to EDI clearinghouse. Insurance duties included
input of medical charges from Fee slips, morning reports from Medicare and
Medicare DME, checking and working rejected claims both from clearinghouse
as well as insurance companies, checking for insurance benefits for new
patients, working from EOB's to see what was paid and what wasn't. Verified
codes when needed. End of day reports as well as transmitting claims to EDI
clearinghouse.

trouble shot any calls that came in about them, made corrections when
