EPA Risk Management Plan requirements. Facilitate process

As the Director of Risk and Safety Management at Malcolm

Meats we made a significant reduction in our workers

compensation costs. Over a nine hundred thousand dollar

savings in less than three years. We reduced our claim

frequency and severity by 100%. I developed and implemented

all OSHA, EPA and DOT programs throughout the Northwood Ohio

and Bensenville Illinois facilities to coincide with the

Sysco best business practices. On our last three AIB safety

audits we scored the highest in the entire Sysco specialty

division. I worked with the State of Ohio's bureau of

workers compensation to obtain grants and discounts. We

received the top Safety plant of the year for FY 2010. Our

current I&I rate / DART rate is 0. We are currently working

towards VPP certification.
