• Perform financial statement and internal control audits for both public and privately-held companies

specializing in printing, manufacturing, automotive, and real estate with experience in oil and gas, software

and hotel industry.

• In-charge and coordinate international audit of a billion $ company consisting of consolidation of 70

operating companies located in US and internationally including audit of complex tax structures. I had

taken over the audit mid-way and the successful and timely engagement conclusion was well appreciated by

the CFO, controller and the partner on job.

• Managed and in-charged annual and tax audits for PepsiCo, India for 2011 and 2012. I had managed a

team of up to 25 professionals spread across 15 location within India including audit, tax, and information

technology personnel. This included planning and coordinating site visits, perform other job responsibilities,

and ensure timely billing direct reporting to the partner on job. Further, in-charged quarterly group

reporting to KPMG US as per US GAAP.

• Strong experience in SEC periodic reporting (10-K, 10-Q) including footnotes, disclosures and

combinations of unaudited entities from prior years, as well as SEC reporting for debt and equity filings.

• Manage government audits in accordance with GAGAS.

• Research, document, and present various technical accounting issues, particularly ASC 350, 740, 605-25

and others.

• Specific industry knowledge of successful efforts accounting for extractive industries, property

conveyance, impairment of proved and unproved property as well as intangible assets including goodwill,

appropriate disclosure and review of various financial instruments particularly those used in hedging

commodities and reducing risk associated with variable interest notes, and application of the normal

purchase normal sale exclusion.

• In-charged IFRS conversion assessment project for Ester Industries Limited. Further, in-charged group

reporting for Duet Hotels India Private Limited under IFRS. The group consisted of 8 hotel properties

around the country.

• Effectively communicate key audit issues to management and Audit Committees.

• Conducted trainings as an instructor for one year, over testing of controls and substantive testing as per

the relevant provisions.

and India.
