Job responsibilities as an Area Planner:

1. Study, review and fully understand job packages content and work scopes

within the area.

2. Prepare, review and verify Job packages.

3. Perform Job walk / site verification to ensure job packages are fully

complete and satisfactory.

4. Effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and

instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

5. Dismantling, assembling and troubleshooting of machines.

6. Planning all general, preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant

machineries and to increase mean time failure and reducing mean time to

repair machines to increase productivity.

7. Changing and maintenance of machineries such as crusher, hydraulic

system, conveyors and replacement of v-belt of vibrating screen.

8. General, preventive & breakdown maintenance of helical, spur and bevel

gear boxes,
