in house solution, saving the company $2.4 million dollars a year
utilizing Togaf methodologies.

$20 million datacenter relocation project within a three month time
frame.

. Selected, architected, lead, and managed the implementation of a SAN and
VMware solution that includes DRS, HA and FT, which successfully reduced
the existing server sprawl from 170 to 130, and the development/staging
environment from 50 servers to 10 servers, thus creating more much needed
data center space and reducing single point of failure to production
applications.
. Spearheaded the migration of VMware ESX 2.5 standard to 3.5 enterprise,
and subsequently to Vsphere 4, in both the NYC and DR sites via
reallocation of SAN storage and Virtual Machines, successfully maximizing
the performance of the VM environment and efficiency of the end user.
. Propelled and lead the implementation of an emerging technology network
and server management/monitoring tool called Nagios, enabling IT staff
and multiple business units to completely monitor and control the entire
enterprise infrastructure, while maintaining cost.
. Worked closely with the network team to help with the worldwide
implementation of an MPLS network, which made multiple sites seem as one.
. Team lead for the implementation of a Citrix solution for a flight
scheduling application, and multiple trading applications, which give
