• Coordinated development and approval of the Plan-of-Record for server design programs. Responsible for

defining feature set and subsequent implementation.

• Prepared and maintained unit cost roll-ups, monthly material forecast, electrical schedule, and Program integrated

schedule.

• Responsible for Program budgets, ranging from ~1M to $20M.

• Provided build support for PCAs and Units, including material positioning, scheduling builds, coordinating

resources, onsite support, compiling Engineering Internal Unit requirements, and prioritizing unit distribution.

Engineering Coordinator, 1994-1996

Provided support for program scheduling, planning, costing and forecasting.

• Coordinated program plans with multiple discipline groups, including but not limited to mechanical, software,

firmware, manufacturing, and marketing to develop X86 servers and Portables.

• Set up and maintained BOMS (system and board level), structured and coordinated Service Spares BOMs, unique

labels, procured and provided all unique parts for board and system builds.

• Worked with outside vendors, obtained pricing, wrote purchase orders, maintained control of POs and followed

through with Purchasing and Receiving Departments.
