Profile

At my current position as Java Developer / Oracle Administrator I have acquired knowledge and

experience allowing me to successfully start work as part of a new team as well as to be self-sufficient

in this team if necessary. In past years I could not only learn standards of work in an international

corporation, with clients from all over the world but also work in financial sector which requires very

high standards and detail oriented approach to usability’s being created.

Developing trading platform for private and institutional clients, forces focus to create fast and easy to

use interface but without sacrificing any reliability or safety aspect, while it involves handling clients

financial assets and personal information's. Constant innovations in web development as well as my

desire to improve the final product, helped my self-interest to be up to date with the newest trends and

lead to further improvement of my knowledge. I also develop software designed especially for our

other departments in Poland and also for our branches abroad. That gave me possibility to create

product for users which require highly dedicated tool, improving their daily work but also designed

easy enough for people without any computer skills.

In 4 years of working on current position I’ve learned a lot about my strong sides such as ability to

adapt and quickly improve in fast changing environment and to use it with most benefit for my team. I

also learned that proper task management and sharing valuable information between members of the

team can be as vital to final success as work being done by each individual person. I know that I

willing to continue expand my knowledge and experience in system development and surrounding

fields. Currently I’m more and more taking over all Oracle Administration responsibilities from my

boss which fits perfectly with my future plans.

• Development of trade system based on Java, managing Oracle database

• Preparing project analysis, time table and implementation of changes

• Preparing and performing pre upgrade system tests to determine possible

stress areas
